A Bit of Honesty... We feel that this is the best blender on the market, however it is overpriced and was overpriced when we sold it for $359. However, Vita-Mix wanted to limit competition between us and their demonstrators at county fairs and trade shows. So they raised our prices significantly. One thing that must be made clear is that this is just a blender and it does not freeze or cook anything. It will take about 8 to 10 minutes to boil water with just the friction of the blades. The demonstrators I saw used hot water from a coffee maker and said that they could make soup in about 2 minutes. To make Ice cream, you must use frozen fruit and/or milk ice cubes. There is no heating or refrigeration equipment in this product. I hope this clears up any misunderstanding.	Juice	Juices fresh produce into delicious "whole food" juice and retains the appetite-quenching fiber. (This it does very well)
	Cook	Cooks garden fresh soups as fast as canned soup from a microwave. (It takes 8 to 10 minutes to boil 30 oz of water)
	Freeze	Freezes delicious frozen treats - ice creams, frozen yogurts and sorbets in 30 seconds. Not really. You must start off with frozen fruit and ice.
	Grind, Mix & Knead	Grinds whole grains into nutritious cereals and flours and mixes & kneads bread dough.
