SQUEEZED TO ORDER

Brand new and equipped with the revolutionary new squeezing unit used in the Oranfresh M5 extractors, the OR 80 processes chilled orange juice with extreme efficiency. Once activated, this refrigerated vending unit will cut and squeeze oranges then fill a 200 cc. cup with fresh chilled juice in fifteen (15) seconds. The juice is of highest possible quality, free of bitter peel oil and excess pulp.

TO THIS OR 80 UNIT
This OR-80 incorporates a highly advanced, fully automated, cleaning and sanitizing system into its operations, assuring the end user that the orange juice dispensed has been produced in a totally hygienic environment. The unit employs a two step process to ensure this result. First, the squeezing unit is automatically rinsed after each cup of juice is dispensed utilizing strong pressure water jets which eliminate residual pulp.
Second, the machines are programmed to carry out two, ten minute washing and sanitizing cycles during each twenty-four hour period (at times determined by the operator). These sanitizing cycles utilize a FDA-approved bactericide to provide a measure of hygienic protection unparalleled in the industry. These processes reduce the number of recommended hand cleaning to three times per week.
