We are sure that you will enjoy the service of Oranfresh M5 juicer and the juice which it produces for many years to come. The OR M5 machines are designed to be used with any type of fresh whole orange. The leaves and stems must be removed from the oranges before they are loaded into the fruit holder. Only premium grade oranges shall be used in the Oranfresh fresh orange juice machines. The dimension of the fruit loaded into the machine is of outmost importance. The orange size and caliber must be from 160 to 108. That is, the smallest orange diameter that the machine will accept is 62 mm. (2 7/16 inches), and the largest is 74 mm. The range of 63 - 74 millimeters will ensure the most reliable machine operation.
USE OF THE MACHINE Turn on the machine by pressing the main switch located on the back panel (the RED power on indicator should be lit). Place a cup of glass under the spout at the front of the machine. Position the switch at the left front of the machine to "SQUEEZING".
YOU ARE NOW READY TO OPERATE THE MACHINE ! To operate simply place oranges in the orange arm. The unit will start automatically and continue to squeeze oranges so long as oranges are feed into the arm. The unit continues to run for about five seconds after the last orange has cleared the micro switch in the feeder arm. During the working day, the internal washing device should be activated from time to time. The frequency of operation should be a function of the intensity of use. Before activating the washing cycle make sure there are no oranges in the feeder arm or the machine.
The washing cycle is activated by moving the switch on the front of the machine down to the "WASHING" position. The machine will continue to clean until the switch is turned off. A four or five seconds rinse is all that should be required. The Peels and the washing water are collected in the waste drawer. After squeezing 5-6 glasses the waste drawer will start to fill with peels and a beep alarm will automatically turn on stopping the machine. Upon the first alarm it’s recommended shaking the waste drawer by moving it back and forth in order to position evenly the peels inside the waste drawer. After few more glasses and a second beep alarm it is necessary to empty the waste drawer. Before removing the drawer we suggest positioning the switch in the central position (OFF). The beep alarm will stop only when the waste peels have been removed.
