ELMECO FIRST CLASS
First Class is the most recent and innovative Elmeco product, with horizontal, double auger operation. Thanks to its exclusive cooling system located on the base and the simplicity with which it can be washed, First Class is the only machine that permits easy preperation of products such as sorbets, milk-shakes and yougurts, not to mention slush and cold drinks.
With care taken over minimum details also with a veiw to its decorative function, the original design of First Class is patented. It is available in 1, 2, and 3 containers respectively. Each container holds 12 litres making First Class particularly suitable for environments which are usually frequented by a large number of customers.

| Should a light bulb short-circuit, a quick locking mechanism blocks all tank functions without causing the fuse to open. The fault is indicatied by the display flashing. |
| Moreover, FIRST CLASS can be equipped with a minimum level probe with local alarm signal where the light on the dome flashes at maximum intensity. |
